{"id":323,"date":"2013-06-07T22:32:00","date_gmt":"2013-06-07T22:32:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/drmirkin.com\/2013\/06\/07\/gazpacho2\/"},"modified":"2022-07-05T17:51:08","modified_gmt":"2022-07-05T17:51:08","slug":"gazpacho2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/drmirkin.com\/?p=323","title":{"rendered":"Gazpacho II"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is a spicier, chunky version of Gazpacho &#8212; refreshing on a hot day.<\/p>\n<p>8 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped<br \/>\n2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped<br \/>\n1 onion, chopped<br \/>\n5 green onions, sliced<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic, minced<br \/>\n1 teaspoon horseradish, or to taste<br \/>\n1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried oregano<br \/>\n1\/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped<br \/>\n1\/4 cup Italian parsley, chopped<br \/>\n1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\nJuice of 1 lemon<br \/>\n4 cups tomato juice<br \/>\n1\/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or to taste<br \/>\nFreshly ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p>Mix all ingredients and refrigerate 4 hours, or overnight.
