1 medium head cabbage, shredded
	6 carrots, shredded or grated
	1 16-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
	1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
	1 tablespoon grated fresh gingerroot
	1 teaspoon. fennel seeds (optional)
	1/2 cup mayonnaise
