4 medium sweet potatoes, cut in bite-size pieces
1 bunch green onions, sliced (white part only)
1/2 cup pimento-stuffed olives, sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Tabasco sauce to taste (start with a about 1/4 teaspoon)
Steam the sweet potatoes until just tender, about 15 minutes. Cool to room temperature or chill. Combine with the remaining ingredients.
